Banks Villa is Perched 420 feet above beautiful Espadilla Beach, in the famous town of Manuel Antonio, this villa offers extraordinary views of renowned Manuel Antonio National Park and Cathedral Point. 

The ideal location offers a sense of seclusion yet allows easy walking access to most of the area's preferred restaurants and hotels.  Experience wildlife right from your balcony, as the area is a favorite of monkeys, coatimundis and sloths.  To enhance your experience the villa has a full time caretaker to assist with your needs 24 hours a day.

Completed in February of 1998 the villa has three bedrooms and three full baths and can accommodate up to 10 people with utilization of the lofts and bunk beds (although not more than six is recommended.)  There is a queen size bed and bunk beds in the den; two twins (can be pushed to make a king)  in the guest room; two lofts with room for four. The master has a full size bed and a pull out queen size bed.

There are individual a/c units in each bedroom and in the living room/kitchen.

You will also find that the villa includes modern conveniences such as phone, fax and satellite TV.   From the world's best sport fishing to river rafting, surfing, sea kayaking and eco-exploring, the Quepos area offers the discriminating traveler the best of what Costa Rica has to offer.

Casa Blue Wind was built in 1990 on one of the highest points in Manuel Antonio, the home has completely unobstructed views of the Manuel Antonio Bay, Pacific Ocean and surrounding jungle. CBW is located just 50 meters before the well known Hotel La Mariposa.

The Villa is available for vacation rentals year-round, including all holidays. It’s a great choice for family, group or romantic vacations. CBW can accommodate from 2 to 10 guests.

There is a wonderful 31’ x 19’ swimming pool. It’s 3’ to 6’ deep with 4 swim up barstools adjacent to a sunken bar with covered rancho. There are plenty of quality chaise lounges and matching chairs to arrange around the pool deck. Professional pool service is provided twice per week.

The Villa is a unique split-level design. The upper and lower levels are completely independent. This allows your group multiple rooming and privacy options. The upper level can be rented by itself at a reduced rate.

There is independent Air-Conditioning in both levels.
The 1,500 square foot upper level consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a large covered panoramic veranda.

The upper veranda is like a “Tropical Great Room” with spectacular ocean and jungle views. This area is the centerpiece to CBW’s classic Costa Rican “indoor/outdoor” lifestyle. The veranda offers an 8-person hardwood dining table, comfortable furniture, service bar and a gas BBQ grill.

The 2 upper level bedrooms have custom made King size and Queen size iron beds with Air-Conditioning, ceiling and floor fans. The master bedroom opens out to the garden and has its own small covered veranda with ocean views.

The living room has 2 comfortable leather couches and a matching recliner, fully outfitted bar, 27” Color TV with Cable, a 500-watt stereo system with DVD/VHS and a 5-disc CD player. All stereo components and speakers were brought from America.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make great meals; refrigerator, gas oven/range, microwave, blenders, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, cutlery, flatware, multiple plate sets, glasses, tumblers, coffee cups, utensils, gadgets, plenty of mixing, storage and serving bowls, and more.

The independent 800 square foot Air-Conditioned lower level has 2 bedrooms each with floor and ceiling fans, 1 bathroom and its own private ocean view covered veranda. There is a custom made King size iron bed in the main bedroom with 20” Color TV, Cable and a DVD player. The bedroom opens out to the veranda.

The second bedroom is like a "sleeping porch" that can sleep up to 4 people between 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bunk bed. It also opens out to the veranda. There is also a 6-person dining table on the veranda.
There is an on-site laundry facility with a large capacity Whirlpool washer and dryer set, as well as an iron and ironing board.  One (1) full maid service is provided in each weekly rental.

The property manager is a friendly, experienced, knowledgeable American who is fluent in the local Spanish. He has been living and working in the Manuel Antonio area for over 12 years.

Casa De Frutas is one-of-a-kind villa consisting of three private suites - 4,000 total square feet located in Tulemar Gardens in  the only gated/secure development in Manuel Antonio/Quepos.

The facilities include a restaurant, bar, pool and a beautiful tropical beach with bar/food service. Room service is available as well as the services of a personal chef (extra fee) for private dinners and parties.

Casa de Frutas offers Bali modern architecture - total tropical open-air living! The furniture/artwork/artifacts have been imported from Bali. There are spectacular sunset ocean views, a private infinity plunge pool, deck, BBQ and Balinese Pavilion, laundry room with washer, dryer and ice maker. The "WOW" factor  is in every room!

La Casa encompasses 2,000 square feet and is located on the top (entrance) floor. There is an open air/screened living room with 25 foot ceiling; an open air/screened kitchen/bar, additional guest bath and safe. The terrace dining room seats 10 comfortably.

The terrace living room has large bamboo constructed furniture with a sound system (CD player, iPod mini dock) and ceiling speakers. There's a desk area with internet connection available.The master bedroom with king bed offers air conditioning and the master bath is complete with open air water fall shower and AC. There is a 20" LCD flat screen TV with cable and DVD in  the bedroom and a 13" LCD flat screen TV with cable in the bath. For your viewing pleasure there is a telescope and binoculars.

La Palma & Bambu Suites are air conditioned identical suites, 1,000 square feet each located on the second floor.

Each has two queen size beds with mosquito netting; a kitchenette/bar with small refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker, china, glassware, and utensils. Each suite has a private bath and shower, closet and dressing area.The dining area seats four and there's an outdoor terrace living area and TV with cable, DVD and CD player and binoculars.

Guests are provided with bathrobes, Aveda bath products and hair dryers.

Casa Dome is located in the Los Suenos complex in Jaco which is located near the Marriott about 2 and 1/2 hours outside San Jose.

Bedroom Descriptions

The master suite offers a plush king size bed, A/C, and sunset ocean views right from either your bed, or from your own private balcony. This jumbo suite has a private entrance, large double-headed shower in the master bathroom, a stone waterfall feature, and your own custom hardwood bar (with kitchenette and coffee maker) to make this room really special. Also, has great jungle views with tons of wildlife from the private terrace.

The top-level master suite number two has sunset ocean views through floor to ceiling glass and a plush king size bed. This large room is accessed by a uniquely suspended all-wood catwalk, and with it’s 14 foot high hardwood ceilings and polished almond wood floors, you feel as through you are staying in a super luxury tree house, with A/C, a private ocean view balcony, and a spacious bath.

he main level bedroom with queen size bed, A/C, beautiful hard wood ceilings, a detached bath with bathtub, has large windows with views of jungle and wildlife, and is on the same level as the full kitchen, waterfall pool, and main living area/dining area.

The forth bedroom is a private apartment, also with a separate entrance. There are two beds- a queen and a full size, A/C, wood ceilings, views of the tropical gardens through large sliding doors, 4-person hardwood table and chairs, private bath, large indoor and outdoor showers, mini fridge, kitchenette, coffee maker.

The fifth bedroom is actually more than a room – it’s a completely private jungle cottage, located 100 feet from the main house and surrounded by tropical gardens to the front and lush jungle to the back. There are lots of windows for viewing wildlife, and the home is located smack in the middle of a wildlife corridor, so it is common to see two types of monkeys as well as other wildlife passing over the cottage on a daily basis. There are 3 beds- 2 full size (doubles) and a single bunk-bed, A/C, hardwood ceiling , a kitchenette with full size fridge and coffeemaker, private bath, and an elevated patio.
