There is 24 hour security and garage parking.

Casa Cerca del Mar is a new villa located in Playa Flamingo offering an incredible ocean view only 100 feet from the Pacific Ocean where you can go for a nice walk along the beach, swim in the ocean and then come back for a dip in the pool and a cool drink on the balcony to watch unforgettable sunsets. 

A wide selection of activities are available for you to enjoy or you can just sit back and enjoy the peace and serenity of Casa Cerca del Mar.  Some of the activities that you may want to enjoy are scuba diving, sport fishing, canopy tours or sunset sails.

Amenities include: 4 bedrooms/4baths with three queens and two double beds, air conditioning in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with cable TV/DVD player and laundry facilities. There is a private swimming pool and kayaks and surfboards for your use.

Casa de Valor is a luxurious house located in Tamarindo and offers a spectacular view overlooking the beaches of Tamarindo and Playa Grande, along the Pacific Ocean. It is a charming, Mediterranean-style house, furnished and decorated with Costa Rican wood, tile, and custom-designed furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a nice spacious living area and covered patio.There is a master bedroom with a private bath, and two additional air-conditioned bedrooms that share the second bathroom.

The bedding configuration is two California kinds and two twin beds. Maximum sleeping could be 7 including a couch (not a pull-out).

The terrace (La Terraza) on the roof of the house offers a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and coastal mountains. Don’t be surprised in the morning by a family of visiting monkeys or parrots! The swimming pool is a designed to overlook the bay and the town of Tamarindo.

Casa Dolphin is a three bedroom/two bath villa located beachfront on Playa Potrero which is the next beach down from Flamingo.

There are two queens and two singles for a sleeping capacity of six persons. There is air conditioning throughout the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has a TV/DVD player and stereo.
