This truly fantastic all-inclusive vacation getaway is positioned on Playa Ocotal atop a mountain overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Bay of Papagayo. The view from the home is simply breathtaking.
Villa Allamanda offers five bedrooms of which two have king beds and three with double beds each and a stunning great room with a panoramic view from the Bay of Papagayo to the Pacific Ocean on the west. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the raised Sunset Tower.
The villa sleeps up to 16 people comfortably making it the perfect vacation spot for large groups. Also, your vacation is all inclusive - three mouth watering meals a day professionally cooked and served, snacks, and a full open bar for one price.
If you are a fisherman, our staff will be happy to cook your catch. Fresh seafood, vegetables, and fruit are house specialties as well as chicken, pork, and Italian dishes.
Among the seafood served during the week's stay are fresh mahi mahi, grouper, snapper, and tuna. Breakfast is normally served around 8 a.m. Lunch, served around noon, is light--consisting of sandwiches, salads, nachos, chips and fruits. Dinner, as mentioned above, is a treat and is served between 6 and 7 p.m.
Maid & laundry service are also a part of our daily rate. The maid cleans the entire house daily and provides fresh linens and towels. She will also launder personal items of clothing if you wish.
The houseboy serves the meals and handles the bar during the day and early evening before dinner. He will gladly mix and serve you refreshing drinks while you relax in the pool. Our staff is always available to assist you... whatever your desire, we are happy to meet your needs. Activities here are nearly limitless.
There is something for everyone: deep sea fishing that many consider the best in the world, scuba diving excursions that depart from Ocotal Beach just below the villa, and two championship golf courses just a short drive away.
If your goal is pure relaxation you can walk to the community spa for a full therapeutic massage. Also enjoy whitewater rafting, horseback riding, volcano tours, a sunset cruise, or choose among countless other options.
And don't forget our guests most favorite activity - simply sitting by the private luxurious infinity pool with an inlaid mosaic compass and sipping on a drink served by our courteous "in house" staff.
Villa La Joya Bella is a luxury four bedroom/four and a half bath villa located in Playa Hermosa. The view is stunning overlooking the ocean and across the bay to the new Four Seasons Hotel.
The interior was meticulously designed and offers a living room area with an entertainment center with cable television. There is a wet bar outside as well as outdoor entertaining area with ice maker and fridge.
Daily maid service is included along with a 24/7 concierge. Located only 20 minutes from Liberia Airport and short drive to the beach and town with a grocery and several gourmet restaurants. Nearby activities include fishing, canopy tour, water sports, horseback riding and more.
Villa Mañana is a brand new, large, four bedroom, four bathroom, single story luxury villa set at the top of a hill with an unbelievable ocean view (west) that overlooks 2 km of pristine sand beach.
It is all yours to discover. Most water sports are available on-site or within a 5 minute drive. The beach is located at the bottom of the hill (about 1/4 of a mile stroll downhill from the villa).
Beach walking and afternoon naps are encouraged. There's some great snorkeling right off the beach and the water is shallow enough for small children. About a mile down the beach is a small river that typically has large egrets, storks, ibis and herons strutting around hunting for fish.
And if you're adventuresome, there are active volcanoes, bubbling hot springs, canopy tours and jungle hikes (with monkeys!) that you can explore as day trips.
There are four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and walk-in shower, located at each corner of the villa.
The two front rooms each have a sliding door onto a large sun deck and private splash pool for those romantic midnight dips. One bedroom has a king size bed, the other has a queen. The left rear bedroom has a queen size bed, a nice jungle view, a separate entrance and a private patio that overlooks our bay. The other rear bedroom has a king size bed and a private patio that overlooks the ocean.
All suites adjoin the living room with its wall of windows that overlooks the ocean and a sliding door onto the deck and the pool. At the rear of the living room is a fully equipped kitchen. The dining furniture is setup on the outdoor patio and is perfect for eating outdoors or cut-throat games of hearts or monopoly. And oh... that chirping noise you hear in the evenings out on the patio - its our house geckos - those little salamander creatures that eat mosquitoes and scamper around on the ceiling.
It really doesn't matter which bedroom you occupy because you're going to want to get up at 5:00 am to watch the sunrise, the flights of wild parrots and the monkeys that live in the jungle behind the villa. The sunset at 5:30 pm is even better! Its almost a ritual at the resort to gather on the beach at sunset and watch the ocean swallow the sun, while sipping a pina colada.

Built within a grove of trees it gives one the feeling of being in a tree house. The villa is less than six miles from the larger resort and fishing town of Playa Coco. Playa Coco is a very popular destination for both local "Ticos" and other tourists. There are many places to browse for local crafts and art, eat or dine, from upscale dining to street vendors, charter and Marlin fishing, and even a casino if you feel lucky! Coco has a bit of everything including a bank, a large super market with a gourmet/fine wine shop, and a medical clinic.
Villa Mar de Luna is only 20 miles from the international airport in Liberia and a newly completed road, soon to be paved, now reduces that to 15. It is also about five miles from the five star hotel, restaurant, and golf course at the new "Four Seasons Resort".
