Our first stop is at La Paz Waterfall Gardens, where you will see more than you imagine…Variety of climates, including both cloudy & rainy, five magnificent waterfalls with nine view platforms, the largest Butterfly Observatory in the world, and a Hummingbird Garden, where our feathered friends will delight and fascinate you as they play and fight with each other at amazing speeds.

The Pacuare River cuts through one of the scarce pockets of wilderness left on the planet. We will stop for a picnic lunch on the riverbank.

After a delicious Costa Rican breakfast, we will continue our upward journey to the Poas Volcano, a scenic drive next to coffee and sugar plantations through a rain forest. Take a close look at the enormous crater with its deep green lake as you admire its immensity.
Naturalists agree that this park has some of the world's most lush flora and fauna. We continue to the famous La Paz Waterfall, cross the continental division and start descending towards the Caribbean area, admiring the dense vegetation of the Braulio Carrillo rainforest and the unique beauty of San Fernando falls.
Afterwards, we visit Puerto Viejo, where our jungle motor- boat will be waiting for our two-hour ride on one of the rain forest and farms of the Sarapiqui River.
