Casa Prieta is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath private villa located in Flamingo/Potrero in Guanacaste, the Pacific northwest part of Costa Rica, where the weather is sunny, warm and dry. Secluded, yet within minutes to deserted beaches, several restaurants, casinos, night life and stores.

You'll love the villa.....The view will blow you away! A spectacular "view" house set high up on a hill overlooking several pristine beaches, night lights, Catalina islands and the Flamingo marina. There is everything you need for a perfect vacation. Whether you are looking for a place to relax and unwind or a home base to explore all of what Costa Rica is about, this is the place for you!

Master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom. Two spare bedrooms share a bath and have a double bed in each and one twin bed. The living room and dining room is wide open with 3 sides of glass overlooking the 180-degree ocean view. Nice furnishings include a sofa and love seat, rocking chairs, glass dining table, tiffany lamps, etc.

Other amenities include a private infinity pool, A/C and fans, full kitchen, outdoor shower, lookout tower, deck with lounge chairs, BBQ gas grill, satellite TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, phone, linens and maid service every 3rd day. Washer and dryer are on site, but the maid will take care of that for you, if you wish.

There are so many things to see and do in Costa Rica. You can drive to an edge of a volcano, or through the heart of a jungle, take an aerial tram ride in a rainforest canopy and soak up the rays on a deserted beach, all in the same day. Or you can go horseback riding on the beach, scuba diving, snorkeling, sport fishing, mountain biking, play championship golf at an eco-friendly golf course, see monkeys, exotic birds, or have dinner on the beach, all within 20 minutes of your home. Of course, you can just stay home and enjoy the ever changing vista in your own backyard. If your searching for a little piece of paradise, then Casa Prieta is for you!

Maximum occupancy is 7 people, including children. Children are welcome, but should be supervised at all times because of the pool and the location of the house (it's a long roll down the hill)!

Property management for Casa Prieta is provided by House of Rentals, a division of Century 21. They will check you in, collect security deposits, bring you to the house and answer any questions you might have. They also provide a "red carpet service", which includes stocking the refrigerator before your arrival, suggesting places to go and see, providing a cook or babysitter, or anything else that will make your stay a bit more enjoyable.
