Villa Mar de Luna is located in "Vistas Del Pacifico", an exclusive ecologically planned, low density, gated community with 24 hour security in a lushly landscaped park like setting with common area, a clubhouse featuring a large luxury pool with swim-up bar and lap lane, newly built tennis courts, and large areas of surrounding nature reserve with marked trails.

Catching the cooling Pacific breezes on a hill overlooking lightly populated Playa Panama, pamper yourselves with a "million dollar view" from any of the three master bedrooms, four terraces, pool, or large open living area.

The open kitchen, living and dining room area leads to a terrace dining area with your private pool just steps away. Each of the 3 master bedrooms includes an ocean view terrace, private bathroom, large Walk through closets, and the latest in individual remote controlled "Euro" design air conditioning.

The open, airy living/dining, kitchen area has remote controlled AC as well. There are also quality fans in each bedroom and all four terraces, as well as the living room. This allows each guest or family member to have optimum control over their "personal" area, unlike "central" AC.

The kitchen is a gourmets' dream with all new state of the art stainless steel appliances including a gas cook top, electric standard/convection wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, large side by side refrigerator/freezer with in-door ice and water and granite counter tops.

The house is tastefully appointed in all areas with both local and imported art. Other amenities include both indoor and outdoor dining areas, cable TV, and recessed lighting throughout the villa. There are king beds in two bedrooms and a pair of twins in the other (can be set up as a king also). There is a full sized washer/dryer combo, a one car attached garage, and ample gated private paved parking for several vehicles.

The gated community of "Vistas Del Pacifico" is located on the north Pacific coast of Costa Rica in the province of Guanacaste. Guanacaste has the lowest rainfall in Costa Rica, and most days are sunny and warm. The average temperature at the villa is 70 in the evenings, and 88 in the mid day.

The villa is less than four miles from the beach community of Playa Hermosa which boast several fine hotels and restaurants including the locally famous "Monkey Bar", a lively and unique watering hole also offering good food and frequent live music. Built within a grove of trees it gives one the feeling of being in a tree house. There's wonderful and unique more upscale dining very nearby at "Ginger" as well as others including the exclusive Four Seasons Resort restaurant.

The villa is less than six miles from the larger resort and fishing town of Playa Coco. Playa Coco is a very popular destination for both local "Ticos" and other tourists. There are many places to browse for local crafts and art, eat or dine, from upscale dining to street vendors, charter and Marlin fishing, and even a casino if you feel lucky! Coco has a bit of everything including a bank, a large super market with a gourmet/fine wine shop, and a medical clinic.

Villa Mar de Luna is only 20 miles from the international airport in Liberia and a newly completed road, soon to be paved, now reduces that to 15. It is also about five miles from the five star hotel, restaurant, and golf course at the new "Four Seasons Resort".
